In partnership with the National Football League, OG Culture is thrilled to announce The Leaders Network, kicking off on Sunday, January 29th, at the East-West Shrine Bowl in Las Vegas, NV, followed by a second event on Wednesday, February 1st, at the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, AL. The Leaders Network will bring together a group of hand-selected Black coaches and team executives at each event, empowering the peer-to-peer relationships necessary to advance Black leadership within the NFL. These two heavily-attended all-star games were chosen specifically to align with a diverse selection of attendees from both mid-tier and senior-level positions, hosting each group at the Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl, respectively.
“The East-West Shrine Bowl & Senior Bowl games are an excellent time to launch The Leaders Network, giving coaches and front office executives the opportunity to network, build relationships and learn from each others’ leadership and shared experiences,” said Troy Vincent, NFL Executive Vice President of Football Operations.
Creating The Leaders Network is another step forward in advancing Black leadership within the NFL, helping to continue the push for diversity, equity, and inclusion across the league’s coaching and executive positions.
OG Culture is currently seeking financial contributions to continue to build its mission, events, and networking platform and would be appreciative of any amount of support. Your financial contribution would significantly impact their mission of advancing Black leadership within professional sports organizations.
